Product & UX/UI design.
Websites from idea to launch.

I design the steps people take to buy a product, book a service or work through a busy day. For websites, I also handle development and launch. For larger applications, I prepare the interface and work with your development team.

Product & UX/UI design

Discuss your project

Give each screen a clear next step.

A product can have plenty of features and still leave people unsure where to start. I use UX research to understand users and their goals, map the paths between screens, then turn that structure into an interface.

What you receive

  • User flows and navigation
  • Interactive prototypes to review scenarios
  • Detailed screens, including empty and error states

How it helps the projectYour team gets a connected product flow to review and build, with decisions carried through into the screens.

Website design, development & launch

Discuss your project

Help a visitor understand your offer and get in touch.

For a landing page, I organize the offer, examples and answers in the order a potential customer needs them. I design the desktop and mobile versions, build the agreed website and prepare it for launch.

What you receive

  • Page structure and responsive design
  • Website implementation and contact paths
  • Launch checks on desktop and mobile

How it helps the projectYou get a working website with a clear route from the first visit to an enquiry. We agree on pages and integrations before development.

Web & mobile app design

Discuss your project

Make an everyday action easy to finish.

Booking an appointment or submitting a maintenance request takes more than one screen. I connect the steps, show what has happened and plan what the user can do when something changes.

What you receive

  • Navigation and key user journeys
  • Mobile and web interface layouts
  • Clickable prototypes and developer handoff

How it helps the projectYour developers receive the screens and interaction states needed to implement the agreed journeys.

SaaS & B2B platform design

Discuss your project

Keep the data and the action in the same workflow.

A person managing campaigns needs to review performance and change the right settings. I bring tables, filters, controls and feedback together so the interface supports that whole task.

What you receive

  • Workspace structure and account views
  • Tables, filters and action states
  • Reusable patterns across the platform

How it helps the projectThe product has a consistent way to move from reviewing information to acting on it.

CRM, ERP & internal tools

Discuss your project

Show who owns the task and what happens next.

A client record, an order or a team task needs a readable status and a useful next action. I design role-based views, forms and connected workflows around the people using the system.

What you receive

  • Roles, permissions and user scenarios
  • Records, tables, forms and status changes
  • Prototypes for reviewing complex workflows

How it helps the projectYour team can review how work moves through the system before those processes become production code.

Dashboards & analytics interfaces

Discuss your project

Find the change in the numbers and inspect its cause.

A useful dashboard lets someone compare periods, filter a view and open the details behind an indicator. I organize the measures, charts and tables around the questions the person needs to answer.

What you receive

  • Information hierarchy and metric views
  • Charts, tables and filtering patterns
  • Layouts for desktop and smaller screens

How it helps the projectSummary information and detailed records follow the same structure, so people can move between them.

eCommerce & marketplace UX/UI

Discuss your project

Help a buyer find an item and complete the order.

I design how people browse a catalog, compare items, inspect a product and move through checkout. For a marketplace, the seller’s actions and account views also need to fit into that system.

What you receive

  • Catalog, search and product pages
  • Cart and checkout flows
  • Buyer and seller interface patterns

How it helps the projectYou get designs for the buying journey, with the information and states needed at each step. Platform development is scoped separately.

Design systems & prototyping

Discuss your project

Let the next feature use the same interface language.

When every screen invents its own controls, small changes spread through the product. I organize reusable Figma components, their states and layout rules, and use prototypes to review how they work together.

What you receive

  • Figma components and variants
  • Interface rules and interaction states
  • Prototypes, handoff and implementation review

How it helps the projectDesigners and developers have a shared reference when extending or refining the interface.

Experience with different kinds of products

My work spans products with dense data, recurring tasks and different user roles. The interface needs to reflect the context people use it in.

From the task to the handoff

  1. Understand the task

Review the product, existing materials and user needs. Agree on the scope and the questions to investigate.

  2. Work through the flow

Map the steps and build a prototype to discuss decisions before detailing every screen.

  3. Design the interface

Create the layouts, reusable components and states. Refine them with feedback.

  4. Prepare for implementation

Hand off the design and review it with developers. For an agreed website project, I also build and launch it.

Tell me what people need to do.

Share what you are building, who will use it and where they get stuck. A link, a few screens or a short description is enough to start the conversation.
